Agreement
These Terms govern your use of siteverto.com and any services provided by SiteVerto. By using the website or ordering services, you agree to these Terms. A signed proposal or statement of work for a specific project takes precedence where it differs.
Services
SiteVerto provides website design and development, redesign, technical SEO audits, speed optimization, e-commerce support, content work, automation and website maintenance. The exact scope of each project is described in a written proposal.
Estimates and pricing
Prices shown on the website are starting prices for a defined scope. The online estimate is a guide, not an offer or invoice. Final scope, price and timeline are confirmed in writing after reviewing your brief. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before it starts.
Payment
Invoices are issued in US dollars. Projects are paid in two parts: a 50% deposit before work begins and the remaining 50% before launch or handover. Monthly maintenance is billed in advance each month. Late payment may pause work.
Your responsibilities
- Provide content, feedback and approvals on time
- Make sure you have the rights to all materials you supply (text, images, logos)
- Keep account credentials for hosting, domain and third-party services secure
- Review the site on the staging link before approving launch
Third-party services
Domain, hosting, plugins, themes, fonts, stock media and other third-party services are not included unless stated in the proposal. They are subject to their providers’ terms and pricing, and accounts should be registered in your name.
Ownership
After full payment, you own the final website design and content created for you. SiteVerto keeps ownership of pre-existing tools, code libraries and know-how, and grants you a license to use them as part of your website. SiteVerto may show the completed project in its portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
No guarantees of results
SEO, speed and marketing work is performed with professional care, but search rankings, traffic, performance scores and sales depend on factors outside SiteVerto’s control. No specific results are guaranteed.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SiteVerto’s total liability for any claim related to the services is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question. SiteVerto is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or data.
Termination
Either party may end a project or maintenance arrangement with written notice. You pay for work completed up to the termination date. Monthly maintenance can be cancelled with notice before the next billing period.
