SiteVerto (“SiteVerto,” “I,” “me”) is an independent web development and SEO service operated by a sole proprietor based in Kyiv, Ukraine, serving clients in the United States. This policy explains what personal information is collected through siteverto.com, how it is used and the choices you have.

Information I collect
I collect only what is needed to respond to you and to run the website:
- Information you provide in forms: name, email, phone (optional), business name, website address, location, project details, budget range and timeline.
- Project estimate selections you choose to attach to a brief.
- Messages you send by email, Telegram or WhatsApp.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device, pages visited and referring site, collected through server logs and, if you consent, analytics cookies.
How I use your information
- To reply to your inquiry and prepare an estimate or proposal.
- To provide, manage and invoice services you order.
- To keep the website secure, prevent spam and fix technical problems.
- To understand, in aggregate, how the website is used and improve it (only with your consent where required).
- To send occasional updates, only if you opt in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Sharing with service providers
I do not sell or rent your personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. I share it only with providers that help run the website and business, under their own privacy and security terms:
- Website hosting and database provider
- Email and messaging providers
- Analytics provider (e.g., Google Analytics), if you consent

Inquiries that do not lead to a project are kept for up to 24 months and then deleted. Client project records are kept for as long as needed to provide services and to meet tax and accounting obligations. You can ask for earlier deletion at any time.

Depending on where you live, including California and other US states with privacy laws, you may have the right to:
- Know what personal information I hold about you and how it is used
- Request a copy of your information
- Correct inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your information

SiteVerto is operated from Ukraine, and service providers may store data in the United States, the European Union or other countries. By submitting information, you understand it may be processed outside your state or country. I take reasonable steps to protect it wherever it is processed.
Security
I use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and reputable providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Please never send passwords or payment card details through the website forms.
